We start with a 60-minute initial consultation to discuss goals, themes, and vision. Afterward, we'll follow up with an email containing a curated personal plan. If you still have lingering concerns, we offer support up to a week after the initial consultation.

Need some help getting started? 

We'll start with a 30-—to 45-minute consultation to discuss goals, themes, and vision. We'll craft a custom event concept based on the ideas laid out during the consultation and some of our recommendations. We'll then give recommend vendors (ie. 2-3 options for caterers, florists, photographers, etc.) along with a high-level timeline and checklist. We'll also offer email support for up to two weeks after the consultation. 

Looking for help with execution? 

The Plan & Prepare package includes everything offered in the Kickstart package and more. We'll also create a custom mood board with styling suggestions a detailed event timeline, a checklist, and a planning guide. For vendors, we'll offer up to 5 recommendations for each necessity along with guidance on contracts. If additional assistance is needed clients may schedule up to two 30 minute follow-up calls or virtual meetings. Clients also have an optional add-on for day-of coordination recommendations. 

On top of the services provided in the Plan & Prepare Package, the Curated Plans Package offers services for clients looking for high-touch planning and guidance with the option of handling execution themselves. This package includes comprehensive event plan including decor layout and styling details that follows detailed budget planning and allocation done by us. We'll also review contracts for up to 8 vendors. For any additional assitance clients may schedule up to 2 1-hour strategy sessions either in person of virtually along with unlimitted email support.
